Although the quarantine is being strict during the coronavirus, it never ceases our passion to share the beauty of works to you.

Each time meeting around 30min to 90min, we will bring the sample, discuss with you the design and pricing.
ORDER PROCESS

Get in touch
When we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation email with any relevant details. If you are placing a custom order, we will send
you the prices and production date.
Place an order
Once you have approved your order, please settle the payment with a 50% Deposit.
(Please noted that print with foamboard or wedding prop it needs 100% payment)
Design process
After receiving your payment we will start the first layout for you. you can receive your first layout within 3 - 7 working days.
*Please noted that 2 rounds of the layout are included in the cost. if you want to have 3 rounds layout, it cost HKD 50 each time.
*layout not including in the cost the style no. (its need to cost HKD 100 for changing the style)
Production
When you approved the layout, we will start to print the goods. its take around 4 - 10 working day
(depends on the paper you choose or do you need to do hot foil etc)
Shipping
It take 2 - 4 days for local, 7 - 14 days worldwide.

When should I start designing my invitation?
We recommend starting the design process as soon as possible! Some projects take more time than others, but custom
designs take around 2-3 months, 2 weeks for printing and shipping.

How Many Deposit Should I Pay?
A 50% deposit is required to place the order. (Formboard products need full payment)

I want to order a custom design and have some ideas, what should I provide to you?
That’s great! Please send us any inspiration you have, it can be Pinterest board, inspiration image, color palettes, etc.

What kind of printing do you offer?
Most of our projects are printed with Gold Foil. we can do others like letterpress or die-cutting.

How many times layout including?
If you choose HeyHey collections that including 2 rounds layout. If more than that it costs up to HKD 50 each time.
* The cost will be HKD100 if the design style needs to be altered

If I do not like the layout, can I get my deposit back?
We are sorry that the deposit is not refundable. But you can choose our other productions to deduct your deposit.

Can I order a sample set?
Sure! it cost HKD 50 set (Including 3 - 6 cards with one envelope)
